Entries
The Organising Committee would like to encourage every participant to use our online entry system. Each National Federation must have received their login codes and in previous years but we are going to send these codes out again in 2009. Unfortunately this online entry system does not replace the “old ways” of submitting entries yet hence you are asked to send us the filled out forms the usual way.
We would like to ask you to put the names on the entry forms in the same order as the athletes sit (kneel) in the team boats beginning with the name of the one in front.
Attached we are sending you the forms for the preliminary, numerical and nominal entries. You are kindly requested to return them as follows:
Preliminary Entry/Hotel Reservation/Boat Rental: until 20th of February, 2009
Numerical Entry: until 21st of April, 2009
Final Travel Info: until 15th of May, 2009
Nominal Entries: until 22nd of May, 2009
